Our licensed therapists (Jenn Bernert, LMHC, MA; David Lim, LCSW, MSW, MBA)  provide individual psychotherapy, psychoeducational classes, behavior and life coaching , and parent coaching.  The two bring forth energy, expertise, empathy, and focus to help families/parents reach their goals through parent coaching.   • Parent Coaching Program (weekends, evenings, office, in-home)Our coaching program teaches parents and kids cognitive and behavioral skills. These skills help parents motivate  in compassionate, consistent and  disciplined ways so that to kids will follow directions;  improve relationships with siblings,  teachers, and parents; improve efforts at school; make smart choices; and  consistently engage in desired behaviors (more information) .
