What We Do

Parent Coaching (in-your-home and office). Parent coaching covers a wide area of challenges, including (but not limited to):

  • Rebellious and difficult teens
  • Withdrawn and depressed youths
  • Children undergoing transitions
  • Youth and children who are acting out at school
  • Youth and children who act out through property damage or physical aggression
  • Toilet Training
  • Siblings who constantly fight
  • Youth, children, teens who are distracted, can’t seem to focus and/or follow directions
  • Youth, children, teens with developmental disabilities, special learning and/or behavioral needs
  • Children at the “terrible twos.”
  • The care of infants with or without special needs

Individual, Family and Marital Counseling (in-home or office):  Weekend and evening therapy is available for individuals and/or couples who face challenges, including (but not limited to):

  • Anxiety and Depression (Bipolar and Unipolar)
  • Improving Relationships, Initiating Relationships, and Social Motivation

Support and Therapy Groups (office only):  Support and psychotherapy groups are communities of people who are experiencing similar challenges.  These powerful groups are supportive, validating, therapeutic, and empowering.  Psychotherapeutic peer and education-based groups include:

  • Parenting
  • Transitions (divorce, separation, life transitions, grief/loss)
  • Depression and Anxiety
  • Harm Reduction
